Each of our therapists have their own niche and specific trainings. First, we recommend you read each person’s bio so you get a feel for what therapy with them is like. Secondly, if you need help, reach out to our admin/intake team! We’re happy to learn a little about what you’re looking for in a therapist (specialties, personality, treatment approach, schedule, etc), so we can pair you with your best match.
We always say that the relationship comes first. If you for any reason don’t connect with your therapist, speak up! We want to hear what’s working and what’s not.
If it’s simply not a fit, we are more than happy to connect you with someone else who we think you’d do great work with — and that person may be in our practice or outside of our practice. Our goal is for YOU to find the best fit for YOU.

Connection is central to therapy. If you and your therapist don’t gel, we always recommend you first discuss your concerns, requests, or thoughts with them directly.
If it’s not a good fit, reach out to our admin team, and we will happily connect you with either another therapist on our team, or someone outside of our practice that we trust and think would be your best fit.

Absolutely. Most of our clinicians see the majority of their clients in person. We have eight discrete, comfortable, beautifully decorated offices at our Oakhurst location in Decatur, GA. Plus, it has a large free parking lot!
We also have an office in a large renovated home in Midtown Atlanta and sublease one office across the VA in North Druid Hills. -
Yes. All of our clinicians offer telehealth for all clients who are currently living in Georgia. We use double-encrypted, HIPAA-compliant teleconferencing software to ensure complete confidentiality and privacy.
Some of our clinicians are also licensed in other states such as Florida and Virginia, so we can also offer services to clients who are outside of GA accordingly.
