“Therapy is not merely the interpretation of experience, but the creation of a space in which truth can emerge."

I believe therapy begins with creating that kind of space: a place where you do not have to perform or defend, and where the parts of your story that have been hidden, protected, or overlooked can be met with curiosity and compassion. Much like gathering around a kitchen table, therapy can become a space for reflection, connection, honesty, and growth.

I have a particular interest in supporting teens and adults navigating trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of self-worth and belonging. I hope to offer a space where you can slow down, better understand your experiences, and feel supported as you move toward greater self-compassion and healing.

I hope to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to take a seat at the table exactly as you are. Together, we can explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped you, including the ways you have learned to protect yourself and make sense of the world around you.

My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and relational framework. I believe our earliest relationships can continue to influence how we connect with others, care for ourselves, and understand our own worth. Through our work together, we can begin to understand the stories you have carried and explore how they may continue to shape your present experiences.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Cultural Diversity from Kennesaw State University and am currently pursuing my degree in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School.

Outside of the therapy room, you can often find me trying a new matcha or coffee shop, spending time in nature, or cooking for family and friends.
